What is Google Cloud Logging?
Google Cloud Logging is a fully managed service that allows you to store, search, analyze, monitor, and alert on log data and events from your Google Cloud resources and applications. It provides a centralized platform for collecting and analyzing log data, enabling you to gain valuable insights into your environment and troubleshoot issues quickly.
Accessing VMware Engine Logs
With this new integration, you can access VMware Engine logs in two ways:
- Logs Explorer: View and analyze logs in the Logs Explorer with the following log name:
projects/PROJECT_ID/logs/vmwareengine.googleapis.com%2Falerts
- VMware Engine Dashboard: Access logs directly within the Google Cloud VMware Engine UI on the Dashboard under “Logs.”
